About AlienX
What does AlienX Engineering PVT LTD do?
AlienX Engineering PVT LTD is a technology company that understands business problems and engineers the systems to solve them. We build our own industry software products and custom-engineered systems.
Where is AlienX Engineering PVT LTD based?
AlienX Engineering PVT LTD is based in Sri Lanka.
Do you sell products or build custom software?
Both. AlienX Commerce and AlienX SMS are our own products. When a business problem needs its own system, we engineer custom software, automation and AI around it.
Is the AI Solution Engine's blueprint a quote?
No. The blueprint is an indicative outline generated by AI to show how we might approach your problem. It is not a quote or a commitment. Our engineers review the real problem with you before any proposal.
How do I start a project with AlienX?
Send us the problem through the contact form: what is going wrong, and where. Our team reviews it and replies by email.
AlienX Commerce
Does the AlienX Commerce point of sale work without internet?
The point of sale is offline-first. It is designed so the counter can keep billing customers when the internet connection drops.
Which industries does AlienX Commerce support?
Grocery stores and supermarkets are the first industry. The platform is built to adapt to other industries, which are added only when they are ready.
Can AlienX Commerce send messages to customers?
Yes. Customer messages are sent through AlienX SMS, the messaging service shared by AlienX products.
AlienX SMS
What is AlienX SMS?
AlienX SMS is the messaging service shared by AlienX products and the custom systems AlienX Engineering PVT LTD builds, used to send text messages to customers.
Which products use AlienX SMS?
AlienX Commerce uses AlienX SMS for customer messages. Custom systems built by AlienX Engineering PVT LTD can use it too.
Custom software
When does custom software make sense?
When off-the-shelf software forces your team to work around it. Custom software is engineered around the way your operation already runs.
What kinds of custom systems does AlienX build?
Custom CRM and ERP systems, MIS and analytics dashboards, and mobile apps, each designed around a specific business problem.
How does a custom project start?
With the problem. Tell us what is going wrong in your operation through the contact form, and we start by understanding how it runs today.
AI automation
What can be automated in a business?
Repetitive work that follows a pattern: answering common customer questions, moving data between systems, and routine administrative steps.
Does AlienX automate WhatsApp customer support?
Yes. We build AI and WhatsApp automation for customer enquiries, with a clear hand-over to your team when a person is needed.
Do you use AI in every project?
No. We use AI only where it creates measurable value for the business. Many problems are better solved with plain automation.
