AgriX is the agriculture line of AlienX Engineering PVT LTD. We engineer automatic water systems, field sensor monitoring and a mobile control app for farms in Sri Lanka, so crops are watered on time, field conditions are visible, and pumps and valves can be controlled from a phone.

In short
What AgriX does
AgriX connects three parts into one system for your farm: automatic watering, sensors that watch the field, and an app that puts both in your hand. Each system is engineered around your land, your water source and your crops, not sold as a one-size kit.
Use one part on its own, or connect all three so the sensors decide when the water runs and the app shows you everything.
01
Automatic water systems
Drip lines, sprinklers, pumps and valves controlled automatically. Water runs on the schedule you set, or only when the soil sensors show the field needs it, so crops are watered on time without someone standing at the pump.
Pump and valve control, zone by zone
Fixed schedules, or watering started by soil moisture
Works with drip and sprinkler lines
Manual override at the controller and in the app
02
Sensor monitoring
Sensors in the field and around the water supply report conditions as they change. You see what is happening on the land without walking every bed, and you are alerted when a reading moves outside the range you set.
Soil moisture and soil temperature
Air temperature and humidity
Water tank and reservoir levels
Alerts when a reading goes out of range
03
Mobile control app
One app to see sensor readings, start or stop watering, change schedules and receive alerts. The controller on the farm keeps running its schedule even when the mobile connection drops.
Current readings and their history
Start, stop and schedule watering
Alerts on your phone
Separate access for owners and farm staff
How it works
From soil reading to running water
Every AgriX system follows the same loop, running on its own at the farm and reporting to your phone.
01
Sense
Sensors measure soil moisture, air conditions and water levels in each zone.
02
Decide
The farm controller compares the readings with your schedule and the limits you set.
03
Act
It runs the pump and opens the valves for the right zone, for the right length of time.
04
See and adjust
The app shows what happened, alerts you to problems and lets you change the plan.
By farm type
Designed for the way you farm
Watering and monitoring needs differ from one farm to the next. These are the farm types AgriX is designed around.
Paddy fields
Water supply and field monitoring for paddy, where the timing of irrigation matters through the season.
Vegetables and field crops
Drip and sprinkler watering by zone for vegetable plots and other open-field crops.
Greenhouses and polytunnels
Controlled watering with soil and air monitoring for protected cultivation.
Farming something else? Tell us about your farm and we will say honestly whether AgriX fits.
Eastern Province farms
Smart irrigation for the east coast
AgriX is developed in Kalmunai for Eastern Province farming. The two biggest paddy districts we serve each have their own page.
Farms have weak signal, power cuts, old pumps and busy people. AgriX is designed around those facts.
Works with what you have
We design around your existing pumps, tanks, wells and pipes wherever they are fit for automation.
Keeps running offline
Schedules and safety limits run on the controller at the farm, so watering does not stop when the mobile signal does.
Start with one zone
Begin with one field or one greenhouse, then add zones and sensors when you are ready.
Simple for farm staff
Clear controls for the people who work the land every day, with a manual override always available.
Not sure where to start? An engineer can look at your land, water source and crops with you.
Questions
AgriX FAQ
What is AgriX?
AgriX is the agriculture line of AlienX Engineering PVT LTD. It brings together automatic water systems, field sensor monitoring and a mobile control app, engineered around each farm.
Do I need to replace my existing pumps and pipes?
Not necessarily. We start by looking at what you already have, and reuse pumps, tanks and lines where they are fit for automation.
What happens if the mobile connection drops?
The controller on the farm keeps running its schedules and limits. The app shows the latest readings again when the connection returns.
Which farms is AgriX designed for?
Paddy fields, open-field vegetables and other field crops, and greenhouses or polytunnels. If your farm is different, tell us about it and we will say honestly whether AgriX fits.
How does an AgriX project start?
With a conversation about your land, water source and crops, through the contact form. We then propose a system sized to your farm.
