This website is run by AlienX Engineering PVT LTD, a company based in Sri Lanka. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AlienX Engineering PVT LTD.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what is needed to run the site safely:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company name if you give it, the description of your problem, and your consent.
- AI Solution Engine: the problem description you type, so that a solution outline can be generated.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used to protect the site from abuse and to limit repeated requests.
- Analytics: only if you allow it, information about how you use the site, collected by Microsoft Clarity.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss the problem you described;
- generate the indicative outline you ask for in the AI Solution Engine;
- keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- understand how the site is used and improve it, only when you have allowed analytics.
Your consent and your rights
We ask for your consent before we use the details in the enquiry form, and before analytics are loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, contact us through the contact page and say that your message is a privacy request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversations. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
